Virtual Headshots Now Available Worldwide!

As COVID-19 restrictions hit us here in Sydney we needed to find new ways of servicing our clients. One of these was the introduction of Virtual Headshots. This gives people the opportunity to get a professional looking corporate headshot without having to leave their home.

Through our expertise in photo editing we are able to convert an existing photograph, selfie or snapshot and transform it into a great looking headshot that can be used for Linked In profile pictures, company communications, social media and many other uses.

We were expecting this to be a local initiative but we’ve had people coming to us from all over the world to take up this service.

Here’s an example that was sent to us from a lady in the USA who wanted a great headshot for her father. This was the original photo that was sent. A simple photo shot from a smartphone. The lighting is not too bad and its of a high enough resolution that we would be able to do our magic.

Her brief was to get a good image on a white background that could be used professionally.

So we needed to enhance the photo first by cropping and then correcting the colours and the exposure. The original photo was a bit flat so we needed to accentuate some of the features and make the eyes ‘pop’ a bit more. We then needed to change the background to white as requested.

Not content with that we then added in an office type background (actually a shot taken in the lobby from another shoot I did that week) to give a natural corporate option to the photo.

The Virtual headshot service is something we offer to al client from anywhere in the world. We just you need to send us a well lit existing photo in the highest possible resolution. We’ll do the rest. it costs just $50 per image and turnaround time is very quick. These are perfect for LinkedIn profile pictures, social media profile s, business headshots and executive portraits.
